Job summary

Walmart Canada in Montreal, QC is hiring a Customer Service Associate. You will greet customers, handle purchases, and support the checkout area, including self-checkout guidance.

You’ll assist with bagging, loading merchandise, and maintaining store safety and register integrity. Responsibilities include promoting sponsor programs, handling cash accurately, and referring complex transactions to a supervisor.

• Maintains register security and integrity through diligent cash handling, adherence to relevant company policies and awareness of surroundings.
• Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead.
• Educating and supporting customers on the correct and efficient use of self-checkout options.
