The CCO Campus team leader has the critical role of building a multiplying movement of evangelization on campus by leading through their team of campus missionaries. The Team Leader will accomplish their mission and responsibilities by living out CCO’s tenets, core values, policy, and current standard methods and materials.

What this position does for CCO
  • Provides leadership and management to the campus team
  • Responsible for campus movement planning and executing
  • Strengthens external relationships
  • Financial planning and management of the campus expense budget; and personal MPD
  • Responsible for developing and executing a one-year plan under the direction of the Regional Manager
  • Assists with Regional Development

Important information
  • All employees of CCO are required to participate in the mission of the New Evangelization within the Catholic Church and work toward the propagation of the Gospel. This includes taking the initiative to lead CCO Catholic Faith studies, share the kerygma, and participate in the evangelization efforts of CCO, including opportunities to participate in CCO Missions.
  • Campus Team Leader Missionaries receive a starting annual salary of $57,127.10 and is based on a 40 hour work week. Salaries increase with years of experience.
