A non-profit organization is seeking a Campus Team Leader to provide leadership and management to campus missionaries. This role requires a proactive individual with a minimum of 3 years of campus experience. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, fostering external relationships, and executing campus movement strategies. A starting annual salary of $57,127.10 is offered based on a 40-hour work week.

Successful candidates for the Campus Team Leader position are not given a formal job offer, but rather are accepted into the Team Leader pool. When there is an operational need for Campus Team Leaders, offers may be made to candidates in the TL pool.
The CCO Campus team leader has the critical role of building a multiplying movement of evangelization on campus by leading through their team of campus missionaries. The Team Leader will accomplish their mission and responsibilities by living out CCO’s tenets, core values, policy, and current standard methods and materials.
