Job description

Make an impact with our Regional Human Capital team as a Campus Recruiter. As a trusted advisor, you’ll implement and support strategies, programs and processes that attract, develop, train and retain our firm’s talent.

Responsibilities

  • Take part in full-cycle campus recruitment supporting key schools and offices in Ontario outside of the GTA
  • Independently manage complex campus recruitment projects to support MNP’s talent attraction strategy and meet regional workforce planning requirements
  • Become a subject matter expert on the top accounting and business programs in Ontario outside GTA and of our competitor offerings
  • Build and manage relationships with key leaders and influencers on campus
  • Manage logistics of talent attraction events including planning, onsite attendance, registrations, communications, engaging campus representatives in alignment of our talent brand
  • Advise, participate, and facilitate alongside regional human capital, delivery of MNP’s annual events to pre-identify top talent
  • Prepare Campus presentations as required for MNP internal business, facilitate workgroups and meetings
  • Managing logistics for on-campus interview process, including liaising with co-op and employer representatives, and scheduling interviews
  • Participate in interviews as needed and ensure offer letter process is managed from start to finish
  • Facilitate MNP’s summer campus programming to engage students and bring value to the organization
  • Compile campus statistical reports on data and trends regularly
  • Act as an ambassador for the Firm, providing detailed information on career opportunities, Firm values, culture, business and total rewards
  • Attend relevant workshops, seminars, campus events and conferences


Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
  • Minimum two (2) years of demonstrated campus recruitment experience related to event management, relationship building and ability to meet targets
  • Creative ability to develop new event ideas and campus recruitment initiatives
  • Strong organizational and project management skills required, so that timelines, communication plan and events achieve desired results
  • Comfortable leveraging artificial intelligence
  • Excellent written business communication and in person communication that is inclusive and creates a sense of belonging
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation in progress is considered an asset
  • Experience working in a Professional Services environment is considered an asset
  • Valid drivers license – some travel is required
