Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum two years of maintenance experience or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs minor maintenance and repairs to electrical, plumbing and building systems.
• Troubleshoots and repairs equipment such as floor polishers and cleaning gear.
• Works at heights up to ~50 ft using genies and man-lifts.
• Maintains records of repairs and coordinates with contractors.
