Your Impact:
  • Provide leadership in planning, implementing, and managing academic programs to support College and departmental goals, ensuring compliance with accreditation, licensure, and graduate outcomes that exceed placement expectations.
  • Ensure consistency in assessment practices and curriculum development.
  • Manage, plan, and implement a comprehensive pre-licensure nursing program aligned with institutional and accreditation standards.
Required Experience:
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and management skills in a specialized program area.
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and standards related to nursing education and accreditation (e.g., BRN, ABHES, BPPE).
Education and Licensure:
  • Master's degree or higher in nursing, education, or administration from an accredited institution.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or CHEA.
  • Current unencumbered Registered Nurse License.
  • Approval by the Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) prior to assuming the role.
  • American Heart BLS Certification and current CPR Card.
