Associate Director, Talent Acquisition at Havas

The Campaign Manager is a subject matter expert within the Performance team responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of paid Search, social and programmatic campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a Campaign Manager, you are motivated and a self-starter who has an expert grasp of the Performance media landscape with experience across all major buying platforms (Meta, Google Ads, SA360, DV360, etc). You are a rare breed that excels at in-platform technical work, strategic thinking as well as client facing communication. You also bring a collaborative leadership mentality to your work by providing junior team members with mentorship and guidance as well as working with other digital specialties including Direct Digital, Programmatic and Analytics to provide unified digital recommendations for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the Planning and Investment teams to ensure go-to-market plans are built with a cohesive overarching tactical approach that answers to briefed campaign objectives
  • Work with team of Specialists to build and execute campaigns in-platform to deliver on client KPIs
  • Manage workflow in/out of our centre of excellence teams, ensuring in-platform output is accurate according to media plan details
  • Oversee the analysis and optimization of campaign performance, ensuring best-in-class insights and recommendations
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform performance media strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with platform partners and vendors
  • Support in communicating channel strategy and ideating for new business
  • Champion strict processes that allow for efficient scaling of client business within the structured teams.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years experience in a paid search and social role (agency, supplier or client)
  • Extensive experience operating across self-serve ad buying platforms (Meta and Google Ads are a must. SA360, DV360, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Expert knowledge of the digital media and ad tech landscape
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset
  • Proactive, self-starter & team player
  • Solutions and detail oriented
  • Time management and delegation
  • Experience with e-commerce focused clients/businesses
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of applications (Excel, PPT)
