Southlake Health Foundation is seeking a seasoned fundraising professional to lead a bold, multi-year campaign. This role coordinates strategy, operations and volunteers to drive ambitious fundraising goals, aligning donor engagement with organizational priorities.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree in nonprofit management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive fundraising or campaign leadership experience.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with senior leadership and high-capacity volunteers.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee campaign operations, budgets, forecasts and dashboards.
  • Lead campaign pipeline processes and senior leadership meetings.
  • Develop briefing materials and customized proposals for donors.
  • Collaborate on events, cultivation, recognition and stewardship activities.
  • Supervise staff and volunteers, including mentoring the philanthropy associate.
  • Ensure data management and cash flow in partnership with Finance.
