Role Summary:We’re on the hunt for a Campaign Execution Lead who will be the backbone of flawless campaign delivery. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth and successful execution of all influencer campaigns—especially those running over weekends. You’ll manage scheduling, organize briefs, approve creatives, handle invoicing, and coordinate make-goods when campaigns don’t hit the mark. If you're organized, proactive, and love making sure every detail is buttoned up before go-time, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage all weekend campaign execution to ensure smooth rollouts
• Approve influencer and campaign creatives ahead of launch
• Organize and maintain campaign briefs and calendars
• Schedule future campaigns and dispatch briefs to all relevant stakeholders
• Manage campaign invoicing and ensure timely, accurate processing
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to maintain a seamless execution process

Qualifications:

• Ability to work Wednesday - Sunday (Monday and Tuesday off)
• 2+ years experience in campaign coordination, project management, influencer marketing, or a related field
• Impeccable organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Confidence making decisions and solving problems on the fly—especially under weekend pressure
• Familiarity with marketing tools like Airtable, Google Drive, and Slack (bonus points for influencer platforms)
