Job summary

Artemis Gold Inc. (BW Gold) operates the Blackwater Mine in British Columbia, a growth-focused gold developer.

This role supports camp and travel services for Capital Projects staff and contractors, with a two-weeks-on/two-weeks-off schedule, ensuring site access, catering coordination, and high service levels. Reporting to Camp & Travel leadership, the Coordinator will manage travel logistics, vendor relations, and camp operations under a fixed-term agreement through December 2028, requiring

Qualifications

Camp management experience with day-to-day operations.
Knowledge of kitchen operations is an asset.
Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
Must have a valid driver's license with clean abstract.
Advanced Food Safety certification.
Administrative skills and training experience are required.
Well developed Office software skills; Word/Excel/Adobe.

Responsibilities

Facilitate safe and timely arrival/departure of employees and contractors on travel days.
Coordinate with service providers to maintain high camp standards.
Ensure site authorization and Drug & Alcohol clearance prior to entry.
Update management on camp capacity and travel concerns.
Support room reservations, camp audits, and catering-related requests.
Create documentation for all Camp & Travel activities.
Assist with gym inquiries and general camp issues.
