Job summary

Camp Kadesh is seeking a Camp Director to lead programming, budgeting, and staff for a February or March start after December hiring, reporting to the Executive Director. The role emphasizes spiritual leadership and positive role modeling within a faith-based camp community.

You will guide existing programs, develop new initiatives, and collaborate with ministry partners while ensuring high standards of safety, character development, and mission alignment across all activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in camp/ministry settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience creating and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop all programming elements.
• Plan budgets and purchase equipment.
• Manage program staff across seasons.
• Contribute to strategic planning for facilities development.
• Promote Camp Kadesh through events and outreach.
