Job summary

ONroute is hiring part-time Team Members to join our Starbucks team at plazas along Ontario highways. You will greet customers, take orders, answer questions about menu items, and process payments while preparing food and drinks.

Reliability and willingness to work flexible hours are required. Daily responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, handling mobile orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Transit access may be limited near plazas.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurants, food service or retail is helpful
• Ability to greet customers with a positive attitude and handle transactions
• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Welcoming customers and greeting them with a positive attitude, taking orders (suggesting your favourites and our feature items), answering questions about menu items and processing payments
• Preparing food and drinks

• Assembling orders and packaging take-out and indoor dining options
• Keeping all surfaces clean and sanitary to ensure the safety for our customers, team-mates, and yourself

Reliable transportation is required as our plazas are located on the 401/ 400 highways, and public transportation is not available.
