Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday

Responsibilities and Duties:

• You will be conducting telephone surveys to our clients about customer satisfaction, home improvement issues, and more.
• Work closely with our quality control team to ensure opinions and data are collected in a neutral and unbiased manner.
• Adhere to the staffing schedule.

Qualifications:

• A basic understanding of computers would be an asset.
• Excellent English communication skills, able to articulate pronunciations of difficult words.

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Salary: $15.50 - $20.50 per hour plus full benefits and regular weekly bonuses

Schedule:

• 6 - 8 hour shift

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Training: We will provide full training. NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY.
