ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
This position ensuresaccurateand efficient processing of transcription outputs and enrollment applications, supporting the completion of day-to-day operational workflows. The Administrative Support Representative reviews,validates, and enters information to ensure all required data is complete,accurate, and aligned with program policies, procedures, and service standards. The role works closely with supervisors, and team members to support consistent workflow execution,maintaindata integrity, and enabletimelyservice delivery.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education considered an asset.
ANNUAL SALARY: $46,501 – 50,780
PERFORMANCE BONUS: Up to 6% of annual salary
WHAT WE OFFER
FLEXIBLE WORK ARRANGEMENT:
Employees are expected to work on-site at least once per month at our Toronto office (4 New Street., Toronto, ON), with additional in-office days as required based on business needs. Hybrid schedules are determined collaboratively between employees, managers, and teams.
