Trail Appliances is hiring a Call Centre Agent (Service & Repair) for our Delta location. You will handle incoming repair and service requests via telephone and email, determine the best course of action, and document and track progress to resolution.

Work with customers, suppliers, technicians and internal departments to ensure timely, satisfactory service and clear communication throughout the process.

• Strong communication skills and empathy in customer interactions.
• Ability to document and track service requests accurately.
• Comfort with handling telephone and email inquiries.
