Reaching out to potential customers, presenting financial services solutions, and closing sales. Manage outbound calls, actively engage with clients, and provide a high level of service to build long-term relationships.

Compensation: $17.50 per hour (approx. $37,000 per year)

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients
  • Promote and sell financial products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate and helpful information
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize sales strategies
  • Record and document all sales activity accurately in the CRM system

What We're Looking For:

  • Flexible availability - shifts will be a mixture of morning, afternoon and weekend
  • Previous experience in outbound sales or a call center environment preferred
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a goal-driven mindset
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-volume sales setting
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Availability to work hybrid based on our London, ON office on a full-time basis
  • Eligibility to work full time hours
