Job Description

Schedule : Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 30-minute unpaid break.

Office Location : SE area, Calgary.

Responsibilities :

  1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
  2. Understand customer needs, qualify opportunities, and schedule at least 8 meetings per week for further development and closure.
  3. Develop sites post-sale, including onboarding, hiring, training, and scheduling staff, aiding in payroll, invoicing, and timesheet management.
  4. Report to the national director and consistently respond to the regional manager.
  5. Ensure all staff arrive on-site, handling emergency work requests if necessary.
  6. Send and ensure timely payment of all invoices.
  7. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  8. Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  9. Maintain and expand the prospect database within the assigned territory.
  10. Collaborate with channel partners to build a pipeline and close deals.
  11. Make at least 80 calls per day and meet set targets.

Requirements

  3. Must have a car to attend site visits.
  4. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
  5. Proficient in MS Office.

  9. Commission Build-Up: This is a build-up commission structure with no cap on earnings.
  10. Ongoing Commission: All sales staff will continue to receive commission for original sales as long as the sales continue or until you are no longer managing the account.
