Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving superior service goals of the department
• Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner
• Icing, finishing, personalizing, and decorating specialty bakery products
• Ensure standards of department presentation and operations are met, including cleanliness, sanitation, inventory control, rotation, quality, ordering, signage, seasonal schematic, and proper backroom procedures
• Ensure the department has the highest quality of product available for customers
• Monitor to ensure variety standards are followed and 100% compliance on ad item display

• Occasional climbing, squatting, pushing, or pulling
