Reporting to the Cage Manager, the Cage Cashier will ensure the promotion of utmost integrity, customer service, and respect towards guests, associates, and AGLC personnel.
- Provide superior customer service to guests.

- Maintain the cash cage presentation to meet guest expectations during operating hours.
- Identify opportunities to exceed customer expectations.
- Support a teamwork environment by helping others when needed.
- Accept responsibilities readily and follow instructions.
- Adhere to policies and procedures for secure cash flow.
- Handle TITO ticket redemptions and balance at shift end.
- Manage assigned cash float, reconcile paperwork, and balance currency at cash out.
- Identify and report counterfeit bills.
- Monitor and report safety and risk concerns to ensure a safe environment.
- Support communication among all casino floor staff.
- Execute operational goals and objectives daily.
- Promote the Resort Club.
- Assist Slot Bankers during busy periods.
- Initiate hand pays for Jackpot wins with Slot Attendants.
- Manage Slot machine box pulls.
- Assist or perform duties of Gift Shop Cashier or Count Room Clerk as scheduled.
- Enter cash transactions into the IVS Tito program.
- Communicate inefficiencies actively.
- Work effectively under stress with good time management.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation and surrounding areas.
- Maintain an AGLC gaming workers license.
- Uphold a team-oriented appearance and offer assistance when needed.
- Learn duties of Poker, Parimutuel, Lotto, and Gift Shop Cashiers.
- Follow all health and safety requirements to ensure safety for yourself and colleagues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Cash handling experience required; casino experience is an asset.
- High School Diploma is an asset.
- Must be able to register with AGLC.
- Possess excellent customer service skills and basic computer knowledge.
The schedule may vary and require shift work, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
