Job description

Local Catering and Cafe Company is looking for 1 Full-time employee, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm. Wages start at $15.50 per hour, with a 40-hour workweek.

Benefits Package : Includes 2 weeks of paid annual vacation or a 4% remuneration, extended medical coverage, performance bonuses, and a semi-annual pay review.

Experience required : High school completion is required. Post-secondary education is an asset. Some kitchen experience is necessary. On-site training will be provided. Farsi language skills are an asset.

Duties :

• Responsible for the preparation and service of all products required for the location.
• Provide direct service to customers, prepare, cook, and serve a variety of breakfast and lunch items from grill, deep fryer, to customers in an open-concept kitchen.
• Maintain continual cleaning and sanitizing of the work area.
• Ensure an adequate supply of food and materials according to demand fluctuations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Chef or Management.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English; Farsi language skills are an asset to communicate with students and parents.
