COMPASS GROUP CANADA is seeking enthusiastic Tim Hortons Associates to join our team. As a Tim Hortons Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.

The role offers an hourly wage of 18.55 CAD and total rewards information will be shared during the hiring process. You will greet customers, prepare drinks and food items, operate cash registers, restock, and support opening/closing tasks while adhering to safety

Qualifications

Previous customer service or food service experience is asset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow established procedures.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, sandwiches, baked goods, and other menu items according to Tim Hortons standards.
Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and equipment.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health & safety procedures.
Restock products and supplies as needed.
Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Support hospital and Compass Group service standards.
