Dark Horse Espresso Bar in Toronto is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy cafe experience aligned with our brand and guest expectations. You will work with baristas and management to deliver exceptional service while running a profitable operation.

The role requires strong leadership, hospitality passion, and the ability to grow a coffee-focused hospitality business. 40-44 hours/week; up to $23/hour; benefits eligibility subject to plan terms.

Competenze

• Management level experience in cafes or quick service restaurants.
• Experience managing inventory and balancing quality and cost.
• Strong front-of-house experience with customer service and hospitality.
• Ability to build relationships and work with local community.
• Familiarity with hospitality software (POS, scheduling, purchasing).

• Collaborate with HR and management on onboarding, evaluations, promotions.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and train staff on service standards.
• Understand Dark Horse product offerings, especially coffee.
• Support payroll processes, scheduling, and store operations.
• Assist as needed on floor and troubleshoot issues.
