Job summary

Aritzia is seeking a Manager, A-OK Café to lead our Food & Beverage team within our Toronto-area cafés. You will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences that reflect Everyday Luxury.

You will curate beverage offerings, train baristas, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service and memorable moments that inspire clients to return. This role blends hospitality, fashion, and culture in a fast-paced, aspirational environment.

Qualifications

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Food & Beverage.
