• Smart Serve Certification is a must.

Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Café Boulud iscurrently looking for a talented and dynamic Part-Time Server Assistant who shares our passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do!

About the role:

Café Boulud is Chef Daniel Boulud’s French Brasserie located in the Four Seasons Hotel in Yorkville, Toronto. The restaurant serves a seasonally-changing menu rooted in the French tradition, highlighting both brasserie classics and contemporary dishes inspired by Chef Daniel’s family meals in Lyon.

The Server Assistant assists the Server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Café Boulud standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. The position clears tables and resets them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification.

What you will bring:

We are looking for an individual who possesses an affinity for guest service! Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The ability to perform this position to Café Boulud standards and learn the sequence of service is required. The position requires the ability to lift up to 40lbs and applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request!

Smart Serve Certification is a must.

Preferred qualifications & skills:

• At minimum 1 year previous Busperson experience in a fast paced food and beverage operation

• Exceptional communication skills and command of English language

• Additional language a definite asset for career growth
