Job summary

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited is seeking a Cafè Associate at Gateway to greet guests, share knowledge of products and promotions, and deliver a premium guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will juggle multiple tasks, work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and be part of a supportive, energetic team with opportunities for development and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/food service preferred but not required.
• Cash handling experience using a POS or cashier register.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Knowledge of specialty food and beverage items.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and provide a premium experience.
• Multitask effectively and work well under pressure.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Support the service team in maintaining high service levels.
