Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of woodworking techniques.
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read blueprints and take measurements accurately.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble cabinets according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Prepare materials by cutting, sanding, and shaping wood or composite materials for assembly.
  • Install hardware such as hinges, handles, and other components as required.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, safe workspace and efficient production.
  • Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Address issues or defects during the assembly process.
  • Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.

Job description

The Cabinet Assembler is responsible for constructing, assembling, andfinishing cabinets according to detailed specifications and production plans.This role requires a strong attention to detail, precision, and a commitment toproducing high-quality work.

This is a hands-on job that will require you to be physically fit andkeep pace with an assembly line. The position is safety-sensitive, and thesuccessful candidate must adhere to a drug/alcohol-free workplace policy. PersonalProtective Equipment (PPE) like hearing protection and steel toed boots arerequired on the job-site.

Responsibilities:
  • Assembling Cabinets - Constructing cabinets according to specifications, ensuringaccuracy and quality.
  • Material Preparation - Cutting, sanding, and shaping materials such aswood or composite materials for assembly.
  • Hardware Installation - Mounting hinges, handles, and other hardwarecomponents as required.
  • Quality Control - Inspecting finished products to ensure they meetquality standards and specifications.
  • Team Collaboration - Working with a team to ensure efficient productionand assembly line operation while respectably maintaining a clean and safeworkspace for all.
  • Safety Compliance - Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines tomaintain a safe working environment.
  • Problem-solving - Addressing any issues or defects during the assemblyprocess.
  • Non-EssentialJob Responsibilities include maintenance - performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment.

Availableshifts include:
  • Day shift -- Monday to Friday 6:00am – 2:00pm
  • Night shift -- Monday-Thursday 2:00pm-12:00am (+$1.50/hr shift premium)
