Job summary

Air Canada in Montreal, QC, is hiring Cabin Service and Cleaning Attendants to prepare aircraft for departures onsite. This role requires teamwork, speed, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure a safe and on-time travel experience for passengers.

You will equip cabins with servicing supplies, clean interiors, vacuum floors, and replenish magazines. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities and a travel benefits program after entry, with a preference for bilingual candidates.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work in shifts.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work within strict timelines.
  • A valid driver's license - driving heavy equipment will be required.
  • To pass a medical evaluation, including a drug and alcohol test.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and dependability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearances.

Location: Montreal, QC, Canada (Onsite)
Starting Salary: $22.00/hour(Full-Time)

Job Type: Full Time

Shift premium: Evening shifts (between 18:00 and 23:00) - $1.00 per hour. Night shifts (between 23:00 and 6:00) - $1.50 per hour

The opportunity

Right now, Air Canada is looking for Cabin Service and Cleaning Attendants to join our ground handling team. A huge part of this role is to ensure the aircraft is ready for a secure and on-time departure. To do this, Cleaning Attendants need to be quick, meticulous, and efficient so passengers can have a happy and comfortable flying experience. Think you're up to the challenge?

What your day-to-day looks like:
  • Equip the aircraft cabin for flight with cabin servicing supplies

Qualifications
Skills and experience required

This is a role that carries a great deal of responsibility. Therefore, we have a number of key criteria toensure your success:

  • Availability to work in shifts
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work within strict timelines
  • A valid driver's license- driving heavy equipment on the airside will be required
  • To pass a medical evaluation, including a drug and alcohol test
  • Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations. Please refer to Transport Canada site for more details.
Conditions of Employment
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the country of interest at the time any offer of employment is made and are responsible for obtaining any required work permits, visas, or other authorizations necessary for employment. Prior to their start date, candidates will also need to provide proof of their eligibility to work in the country of interest.
