Job summary

Air Canada is seeking Cabin Grooming and Cleaning Attendants to join our ground service team in Montreal, QC. This on-site role ensures aircraft are ready for departure, clean, safe, and comfortable for passengers.

Responsibilities include equipping the cabin with supplies, inspecting interiors, vacuuming, and replenishing safety information. Bilingual candidates are preferred and the position offers full-time hours with shift differentials.

Qualifications

  • Available to work shifts.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work within strict deadlines.
  • Valid driver’s license - will need to drive heavy equipment airside.
  • Pass a medical evaluation, including a drug and alcohol screening test.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and reliability to support the overall success of the team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain all applicable transportation security clearances and other accreditations.

Job description

Location: Montreal, QC, Canada (on-site)
Starting Salary: $18.85 / hour (full-time)
Department: In-Flight Service
Category: Unionized (IAMAW)
Employment Type: Full-time

Shift Premium: Evening shifts (between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM) - $1.00 per hour. Night shifts (between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM) - $1.50 per hour

What your daily routine looks like
