Job summary

SHERWOOD CO-OPERATIVE ASSOCIATION LIMITED in REGINA is seeking a Full-Time C-Store Supervisor. You will assist the C-Store Manager in daily operations, including sales, margins, expenses and inventory, and ensure excellent customer service.

You will train and supervise Pump Attendants, handle daily deposits and paperwork, and perform duties of Pump Attendants when needed. Propane Certification and TDG training within 60 days of hire are required.

Qualifications

• Grade XII education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist the C-Store Manager in the operation of the Department within budgeted guidelines for Sales, Margins, Expenses and Inventory.
• Understand and implement CASM standards including ordering, pricing and labelling of products.
• Train and supervise Pump Attendants per Co-op guidelines, to provide excellent customer service.
• Complete daily paperwork, deposits, and other administrative duties as required.
• Perform all duties of Pump Attendants.
• Handle all customer concerns and daily operations in the absence of the C-Store Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
