We are currently seeking a qualified Software Developer. The role involves developing high-fidelity tactical features and optimizing real-time performance using advanced C++ and 3D math skills.

Responsibilities

• Create new tactical features such as equipment and sensors, and develop different dynamics levels of fidelity.
• Express creativity and initiative in developing these features to be as realistic as possible.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to solve complex technical challenges.
• Optimize performance for real-time operation while maintaining high fidelity realism.
• Participate actively in code reviews.
• Stay updated on technology trends.

Basic Qualifications

• BS or MS Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in programming, comfortable writing code.
• Experience with CGF, excellent 3D math skills, and advanced knowledge of C++ programming.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles.
• Experience in a cross-disciplinary development environment with strong communication skills.
