Wage: Up to $42.00/hr

  • CNC Machining: R&D, small batch production, custom manufacturing, complex parts and equipment, 4-Axis CNC Milling & CNC Turning
  • General & Repair Machining: Manual machining, component repair & refurbishment for industrial facilities

Job Responsibilities:
  • CNC programming using GibbsCam software and G-code knowledge is a plus
  • Setup and operate CNC & manual lathes & mills for production
  • Knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools, fixtures, inserts, and precision measuring instruments
  • Repair machine tools and parts
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, charts, and tables
  • Fit and assemble components to close tolerances
  • Operate machine tools to produce parts from various materials
  • Select appropriate tools and parameters for operations
  • Work accurately, maintaining tolerances of .0005” and verifying against blueprints
  • Produce both single parts and production runs
  • Make minor program edits to improve efficiency and quality
