Job summary

Boeing Canada Operations Ltd. is seeking an Aircraft Structures Technician to support C-17 G3 Sustainment at CFB Trenton, Ontario under US Government MAST contract.

You will work under the Lead Structure Technician and report to the onsite Maintenance Manager. Required are 3+ years in aircraft structures or similar, a valid AME license or military equivalent, and ability to obtain Secret Level II clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Aircraft Structures Technician or equivalent to RCAF Level A.
• Knowledge of RCAF operations and aircraft maintenance practices.
• Must hold AME license S/M2 or military equivalent.
• Legally able to work in Canada and eligible for Canadian government programs.
• Consent to CGP assessment and ability to handle controlled data.
• Eligible for Secret Level II security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, disassembles and/or modifies systems per TOs and regs.
• Ensure timely repairs to return aircraft to service to standards.
• Meet training requirements for mandatory/non-mandatory training.
• Maintain safety culture, First Time Quality, and FOD reporting.
• Coordinate with QA/Safety teams on occurrences and audits.
• Collaborate with MAST and Squadron Maintenance as a team.
