Job summary

Coulson Aviation, a global leader in aerial firefighting support, invites an experienced C-130 Crew Chief to lead maintenance personnel and ensure safety, airworthiness, and regulatory compliance for the fleet.

This full-time role requires two+ years of Crew Chief experience, strong Transport Canada knowledge, and travel across Canada with rotation-based assignments. Join a team delivering critical support worldwide.

Qualifications

• Requires at least two years of Crew Chief experience.
• Strong knowledge of Transport Canada regulations and aircraft-maintenance manuals.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex aircraft systems and perform post-maintenance checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance personnel assigned to the aircraft, providing day-to-day direction, guidance, mentoring, and training.
• Ensure all assigned maintenance is performed safely and in accordance with Transport Canada regulations, company manuals, and approved data.
• Perform final inspections and sign maintenance releases within your licence scope.
• Review incoming materials and ensure proper identification, storage, and handling of parts and components.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Control Manager and Stores to ensure availability of parts and supplies.
• Manage inventory, receiving, shipping, and work orders in Corridor.
