We’re looking for a Buying Administration Assistant (BAA) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to and support the team in developing a balanced and commercial product range.

What will you do as a BAA?
  1. Manage critical path timelines
  2. Raise purchase orders
  3. Manage samples
  4. Coordinate fit sessions
  5. Assist with packaging and labelling requirements
  6. Confirm buying samples against production
  7. Create sales reports
  8. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers
  9. Maintain product grading sheets
  10. Arrange samples for e-commerce shoots
  11. Perform general department administration
What do you need to succeed as a BAA?
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and proven administrative ability
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, always focusing on solutions
  • Effective communication skills at all levels
  • A self-motivated, enthusiastic individual eager to progress and develop
  • Active team player who contributes and supports colleagues
  • Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word & Excel), with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous experience as a BAA is preferable
