Job description

The applicant will be responsible for purchasing equipment from suppliers that meet the company’s requirements.

What You Will Accomplish With Us

• Analyze needs related to your assigned categories
• Place orders through various supplier software platforms
• Manage inventory related to your categories
• Ensure product availability for your categories
• Issue purchase orders
• Follow up on purchase orders with suppliers
• Provide internal clients with status updates on any issues related to your categories
• Handle claims and non-conformities with suppliers
• Respond to requests from vendors and branch employees
• Create product codes in the system and update parameters for the suppliers you oversee
• Perform any other tasks required by the position

What You Bring To Our Team

• College diploma in Administration, Procurement, or equivalent
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Bilingual (French and English)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent multitasking skills and customer service orientation

Compensation Information

• $55,000 to $70,000 per year
• Annual bonus
