Job summary

You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Logistics to optimize spend, monitor supplier performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that reduce risk and improve delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing and sourcing activities for manufacturing operations.
• Develop procurement strategies to improve cost, quality, delivery, and supplier performance.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials, components, and production-related services.
• Manage RFQs and tenders, evaluate vendor proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Build supplier relationships and monitor quality, pricing, and delivery.
• Partner with executive leadership and collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Finance, and Logistics.
• Monitor inventory and supplier performance to identify and mitigate supply risks.
• Analyze purchasing data, spending trends, and supplier metrics.
• Identify cost savings, process improvements, and supplier rationalization opportunities.
• Support supplier qualification, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
