Customer Service Manager
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer to support our Procurement team. The ideal candidate will assist with processing purchase orders, managing vendor confirmations, and supporting invoice and requisition tracking. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced supply chain environment within a dynamic and supportive team.Key Responsibilities:Purchase Order Management• Process new purchase orders received through online requests (MODP, MOSE).• Follow up on purchase orders to update confirmation dates based on vendor responses (new confirmations or changes).• Ensure timely and accurate processing of TPM indirect product purchase orders.Vendor Communication & System Checks• Verify EDI-sent purchase orders to ensure successful transmission and system acknowledgment.• Liaise with suppliers to confirm delivery dates and resolve discrepancies.Reporting & Analysis• Generate and distribute the Open Order Report for the Order Desk team.• Produce the Open Requisition Report to identify and follow up on pending or unprocessed requisitions.Invoice & Data Management• Support invoice processing for the Motion division, identifying and resolving mismatches or exceptions.Continuous Improvement• Propose improvements to streamline procurement processes and enhance data accuracy.
