Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Thetford Mines is seeking a dedicated butcher to join our in-store meat department. You will be engaged in producing quality cuts and ensuring high standards of hygiene while assisting customers.

Training courses are provided to develop skills, with opportunities for advancement within the team. A professional butchery degree or equivalent experience is preferred, and no prior brand constraints limit your candidacy.

Qualifications

• Professional butchery degree or demonstrated experience in meat cutting.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills with coaching.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food-safety standards.
