Job summary

Menlo Park Recruitment is assisting an Ottawa-based family medicine group to fill a full-time GP position. The practice has eight doctors, a built-in patient base, and offers a 75% fee split on OHIP billings with earning potential of 350,000–450,000 CAD per year.

You’ll have full control over appointment length from 5 to 20 minutes and a busy schedule including evenings and Saturdays. Visa sponsorship and settling-in support are provided to help you establish in Ottawa.

Qualifications

• MRCGP or equivalent qualifications.
• Eligibility for CFPC certification.
• Hard-working approach and readiness for a busy full-time list.
• Commitment to a three-year minimum contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad family medicine including walk-in and acute care.
• Manage pediatrics, women’s and men’s health, and chronic disease.
• Full control over appointment length (5–20 minutes).
• Evening and Saturday sessions to maximize billings.
• Licensing and registration support.
• Visa sponsorship via the C10 work permit route.
• Settling-in support and local onboarding.
