Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Business Unit Leader (BUL) for Mobility Advisory (Transportation Planning), Ontario for the Mobility Global Business Area (GBA) in Canada. This position will report to the Business Unit Director (BUD) for Mobility Advisory Canada and will lead our Mobility Advisory team in Ontario. As a Business Unit Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a growing team and profitably growing the Mobility Advisory business in Ontario and eastern Canada with GBA Mobility strategy and financial targets.

This role sits within our Mobility Global Business Area. We partner with our clients across the globe to design thriving and connected cities and communities that enable opportunity for all and keep the world moving. Climate change, urbanization and digitization trends are requiring today’s mobility projects and systems to address an evolving set of demands from the world’s growing population. The BUL will coach and mentor practice group managers, service managers, project managers, and technical managers to ensure project success and governance adherence, leading to improved client satisfaction. Identifying talent within the business unit and promoting career development through appropriate talent management programs helps optimize resource utilization and maintain the integrity of the unit's composition and pyramid management structure.
