Overview

Bankers Alley Hotel Nashville is expanding its team! We are seeking a Business Travel Sales Manager to increase BTS sales by fostering relationships with new accounts and enhancing existing ones. This on-property role requires at least 2 years of experience in business travel sales management, with a preference for familiarity with the Nashville market. Join us in shaping the future of business travel sales at our esteemed hotel.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts, while developing new IBT business through research, cold calling, and telemarketing, excluding key national accounts.
  2. Qualify prospects for the HCS office.
  3. Manage some of the Top Leisure Accounts.
  4. Participate in industry organizations and local community events to develop business; aim for leadership roles and participate in the H.O.S.T. program.
  5. Develop and deliver onsite and field presentations to prospective clients.
  6. Attend trade shows and sales blitzes.
  7. Consistently meet or surpass sales targets.
  8. Develop and coordinate familiarization tours.
  9. Assist with departmental projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications and Attributes
  • At least 2 years of experience in business travel sales management.
  • Familiarity with the Nashville market is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
