Overview

We are seeking Seniors & Managers with Property & Casualty (P&C) experience in EY's Insurance Business Consulting Practice. The role focuses on helping clients improve business performance and operational efficiency while managing risk across P&C insurance, in both personal and commercial lines.

What We Do

Within Consulting, our Business Transformation Insurance Practice works with senior executives on their most pressing challenges to deliver tangible results. We focus on helping P&C clients transform their organizations with respect to processes, technology deployment, sourcing, and merger and acquisition due diligence / integration. We also perform operating model design and development; and business architecture design and implementation across insurance product lines and markets.

We are looking for accomplished, creative individuals who bring rigor, passion and practicality to our growing team across four areas of focus :

• Transformation Strategy : Helping client organizations conceive of and drive meaningful transformation across the enterprise, leading with industry expertise and the full breadth of EY capabilities
• Business Design : Evolving client engagement across all aspects of next generation marketing, sales and service
• Experience Design : Assisting our clients in reimagining, designing and deploying valuable human experiences
• Transformation Execution : Leading large, complex programs that require specialized discipline and expertise

Responsibilities

• As an experienced Senior or Manager, actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships
• Lead large-scale client engagements or components thereof; deliver high-quality client services on time and within budget; monitor progress, manage risk and keep key stakeholders informed
• Understand and apply complex strategy concepts; develop goals and implementation plans to achieve high-quality deliverables
• Develop and maintain productive client relationships; understand client priorities, industry drivers and trends
• Develop people (Manager): provide on-the-job feedback and training; foster an innovative, team-oriented environment
• Demonstrate up-to-date technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge
• Support the generation of new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships / networking across EY practices

Qualifications

• Senior : minimum 4 years of relevant P&C insurance industry experience
• Manager : minimum 8 years of consulting and relevant P&C insurance industry experience
