Job description

Role: Service Transformation Consultant (STC)

Location: Remote (Alberta, CA)

Duration: 12+ Months contract

This role involves working with the Province to provide advice on strategic initiatives and leading a ministerial transformation in the Ministry of Justice to enhance service delivery. The STC will facilitate strategic discussions with leadership, provide guidance on organizational structures and governance, and may coach partners on service innovation and digital transformation.

Scope of Services:

1. Provide expertise on digital delivery, agile development, and organizational transformation.
2. Assess and develop initiatives to enhance digital capabilities and culture.
3. Advise and coach product and platform teams throughout project phases.
4. Guide executive leadership on organizational change, governance, and culture.
5. Create frameworks and briefings for senior executives on digital transformation.
6. Facilitate strategic conversations to align stakeholder interests.
7. Develop and monitor outcomes and metrics.
