Responsibilities
As Sr Business System's Expert of the CCP (Contact Center Platform) Intake Team, your activities will include:
- CCP Consultant: Participate in and lead discovery sessions on impact analysis for planned changes to the Contact Center platform.
- Estimation: Identify functions and flows requiring changes, assess the impact, and estimate work effort. Participate in estimation ceremonies to facilitate team consensus.
- Execution Roadmap: Provide insights into work effort for creating and refining user stories for Epics, and coordinate with other teams on cross-team deliverables.
- Design: Collaborate with Product Owners and the Intake LSA to understand design details, and update or create user stories for review and refinement.
- Guide Development & Test Execution: Clarify questions with developers and testers, oversee test observations, and assist in issue resolution.
- Team Mentor: Support the growth of junior team members.
