We are seeking Business Systems Analyst Students for our North American Headquarters (NAHQ) in Edmonton, Alberta, that are available for 8 months starting in May 2025.

As a Business Systems Analyst Student and depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:

• Responding to related service requests, troubleshooting incidents, and investigating problems.
• Assisting with creating or updating process, training, and system documentation.
• Assisting with delivering web-based training to end users.
• Developing and delivering stakeholder communications and assisting with documentation of requirements for new systems.
• Assisting with creating or updating use cases that support requirements analysis, functional designs, user acceptance testing, and training material.
• Participating in pilots and rollouts and assisting with performing system configuration and testing.
• Assisting with the coordination of subject matter experts for requirements refinement and user acceptance testing.
• Liaising with business, technology, and support teams to ensure systems meet business requirements.
• Assisting with new and ongoing department initiatives and performing analysis of systems and data usage.
• Configuring navigation, dashboards, analytics, and reports in solutions such as Power BI.

• Basic understanding of SQL.
• Basic understanding of PowerBI (and interest in further developing skills).
