Role: SAP Specialist at our Corporate Offices in Ajax, ON. Supporting the different customers under the Accounting Shared Service Center, this role includes project management, relationship management, supporting ongoing system enhancements, implementations and system maintenance. Responsible for requirement gathering, gap analysis, testing, user training, application documentation and interface to end-users. This position will also be responsible for data extraction and Power BI dashboard reporting, process mapping, and S4H migration from a user standpoint.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Accounting Services, the SAP Specialist is the system expert in terms of how the finance team utilizes all systems and serves as the first level of support for the accounting shared service center.
