Reporting to the Product Owner, Salesforce, the Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve system issues, analyze problems, configure systems, and test updates. You will work on projects based on the Intake Process, translating business needs into solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Liaise with business owners, IS staff, and vendors for system support.
- Translate and simplify requirements, develop solutions, and build business cases.
- Lead or facilitate business process re-designs.
- Develop test cases, manage project scope, and oversee deployment.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Conduct technical feasibility analyses.
- Proactively address business issues and risks.
- Troubleshoot and collaborate with technical resources.
- Provide technical documentation.
- Monitor operations and escalate issues as needed.
- Support the Help Desk to resolve issues promptly.
What you bring:
- University degree or certification, with 3+ years’ experience in business analysis or related roles.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
- Knowledge of IT and SDLC, including QA testing.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to lead discussions and facilitate meetings.
- Team player with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience advocating for change and influencing outcomes.
