Tek Ninjas is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to drive requirements and delivery for pricing, promotions, and customer eligibility across a multi-tenant retail platform. You will collaborate with Pricing, Merchandising, Loyalty, Product, and Technology teams to define rules and implement solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in business systems analysis with strong retail pricing and promotions experience, plus knowledge of APIs, data mapping, and integrations across POS, eCommerce, and

Qualificações

• 7+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Strong RETAIL experience in Pricing, Promotions, Merchandising, and Loyalty.
• Knowledge of pricing hierarchies, promotional campaigns, markdowns, and offer management.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data mapping.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document business and system requirements.
• Work with Pricing, Merchandising, Loyalty, Product, and Technology teams.

• Create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support multi-banner configuration and alignment.
• Analyze integrations with POS, eCommerce, Loyalty, and Master Data systems.
• Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and hyper-care activities.

Role Summary

• Work with Pricing, Merchandising, Loyalty, Product, and Technology teams.
• Define pricing, promotions, markdowns, and customer eligibility rules.
• Create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support multi-banner configuration and alignment.
• Analyze integrations with POS, eCommerce, Loyalty, and Master Data systems.
• Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and hyper-care activities.

Required Skills
