DESCRIPTION:

You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, supporting Agile transformation, and enhancing Customer Relationship Systems (CRS) while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and UI/UX best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in banking/financial services.
• CBAP certification (required).
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with experience in Waterfall to Agile transformation (Agile certification preferred).
• Strong expertise in Customer Relationship Systems (CRS) and process optimization.
• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder presentations, and translating business needs into Agile Epics, User Stories, and Wireframes.
• Familiarity with Kofax, UI/UX principles, WCAG compliance, and Book of Record (BoR).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
