Overview

Business Systems Analyst

As the Business Systems Analyst, you will report to the Supervisor of IT Triage and be responsible for coordinating development, solution testing, training, and deployment, while driving weekly meetings and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a point of contact for assigned business units
  • Compiling, reviewing and analyzing IT requirements with the assigned Business Units
  • Working closely with the development teams to finalize the design and deliverables
  • Composing internal IT testing plans
  • Building, reviewing, and finalizing the business unit testing plans
  • Assist Business Units with post-implementation support
Qualifications

To Succeed, You Will Have:

  • Post-Secondary Degree in IT or Technical Project Management
  • IIBA and/or PMP Certification is an asset
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in working with/analyzing JAVA applications and Oracle database
  • Experience with SharePoint, Visio, SQL
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Project and Time Management Skills
