Role: Business Systems Analyst - MuleSoft

Job Description:

  • This is a techno-functional role for a BSA who can act as a bridge between business/product owners and the technology team.
  • 12+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years in API, integrations, and API-led connectivity as BSA/Lead.
  • Good financial domain experience with MuleSoft APIs, web services, integrating on-prem, cloud, legacy, and 3rd party systems.
  • Strong background in onsite-offshore model, Agile delivery, and working in client-vendor ecosystems.
  • Work closely with product owner and cross-functional teams to gather the requirements for the dev team.
  • Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation, ensuring definition of ready for development.
  • Convert features into smaller user stories and refine stories with the team by capturing acceptance criteria.
  • Research questions from the team by reaching out to appropriate areas to gather information.
  • Able to proficiently collect and keep information organized.
  • Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ability to adjust quickly to changes.
  • Willingness to learn the different roles of the team and adjust story writing based on what the roles need.
  • Able to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Responsible for ensuring required data is filled out across systems (Jira, qTest, ServiceNow) that are used for metrics and reporting.
  • Maintaining an understanding of in-progress work to help PO/TL adjust the work backlog if needed and what is ready for a release.
  • Able to create data mapping, data transformation, and data aggregation documents as an input for the dev team.
  • Good understanding of API/integration security, Azure, or similar cloud environments.
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 (MCD – L1) is preferred.
  • Understanding of Salesforce is a big plus.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $130,000 to $160,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
